Calm Yoga

Sometimes the students from my Pre-Natal class will come to take my class at Yoga Yoga after their baby has been born. I have had students ask about other Moms from the City of Santa Clarita class. I do scan the birth notices in the Signal Newspaper, and in the Santa Clarita Magazine looking for past student’s names, but those listings are only for Henry Mayo Hospital and they only include the parent’s and baby’s names, and statistics. It think that it would be really great to have a place for people to post about their labor, their baby’s birth, or even stories about their infants or life as a new mom.

This site is where you can post your own Baby story and read about others experiences. Posts can be under your name or it can be anonymous to protect your privacy. If you would like to post to this site, just send me your story via e-mail at kim@calmyoga.com. You can put it directly in the e-mail or attach it as a Word Document. Feel free to add a picture!
