Begin at the Beginning
Just begin by lying comfortably on your mat. Take a moment to settle. Notice your breath right now. Notice the quality and the quantity of your breath. Notice the movement of your belly by resting your focus on your navel. Don’t change anything at all. Let your belly soften and rise as you inhale. Allow your belly to soften and fall as you exhale. Watch your belly rise and fall as you inhale and exhale. Is there any tension or tightness there? Let it go. Relax and then return your focus to the belly’s movement again. Rest here for as long as you like.
